Karen Hardie, S.L.P.
Vice Chairman
Karen is a certified speech therapist and special education teacher who has worked in various N.J. public and private schools for over 30 years. She teaches children of all ages from preschool to junior high with a variety of needs. In February of 2009, at the first facilitator training for Common Ground,
she completed 25 hours of training, and now assists in helping run the children’s groups.
Donna Feld
Donna is a licensed clinical social worker and Reiki Practioner. She has worked with children, adolescents and families in many capacities while employed with the Division of Youth and Family Services,Public School Education, Health care and Private Practice. She received her Masters in Student Personnel Services from Kean University and a Masters in Social Work from Rutgers University. Donna is currently a school social worker in a K-8 district.

Diane Andrusaitis
Secretary
Diane has worked in retail for many years and also volunteers her time at Shore Rehabilitation Facility in Brick, NJ along with her certified pet therapy dog, Lucy. Diane completed Common Ground's facilitator training in February/March of 2009 and started volunteering with our first children's group in September of 2009.

Peg Marinaro
Treasurer
Peg comes to the Board with years of retail and entrepreneur experience. She completed Common Ground's facilitator training in February/March of 2009 and currently devotes much of her time facilitating adult groups at Common Ground. Peg resides in Manasquan with her husband, children, and dog, Dexter.
