Lynn M. Snyder, LPC, ATR-BC, CT
Executive Director/Founder Lynn is the founder of Common Ground, Inc. and is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a private practice in Manasquan, treating children, adolescents and their families with a variety of psychosocial issues. Ms. Snyder has facilitated groups on an in-patient psychiatric unit where she worked with children, adolescents, and adults. Ms. Snyder received her Master’s degree from Pratt Institute and is a Registered, Board Certified Art Therapist. She also earned certification in Thanatology, the study of death, dying, and bereavement, and completed training at The Dougy Center, a national training center for grieving children, and Mt. Ida’s National Center for Death Education summer institute. Ms. Snyder presented at the American Counseling Association’s annual conference in Hawaii in 2008.
Ilo Milton, MPS, ATR-BC, LCSW-R

Ilo is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Board Certified Art Therapist and psychoanalyst who has maintained a private practice in New York City for 29 years. She works with children, adolescents and adults in individual and group therapy. Ms. Milton was formerly on the faculty of The State University of New York Health Science Center in t>he Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Department for 17 years. In addition, she has been on the faculty of Pratt Institute and The School of Visual Arts. Currently, she holds faculty positions at The College of New Rochelle, The Institute for Expressive Analysis, and The William Alanson White Institute. Ms. Milton completed training at The Dougy Center, a national training center for grieving children.
Diana Anderson, Esq.
Diana is a Certified Elder Law Attorney, also known as "CELA" and is currently a Partner in the Toms River firm of Carluccio, Leone, Dimon, Doyle & Sacks. She has served as general counsel to several Ocean County municipalities, and has represented various planning and zoning boards. Diana is an advocate on behalf of elderly clients and provides estate planning, Medicaid planning, guardianships, and estate administration. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and prior to pursuing a law career, obtained a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Boston University.
Karen J. Mackin, CPA
Karen is a Certified Public Accountant with her own firm, CommonSense Consulting. She specializes in running projects for both large corporations including AIG, and small businesses including JEI and Habitat for Humanity. She recently relocated back to the area from North Jersey. Karen has a BS in Accounting from Seton Hall University and went on to work for Arthur Andersen, The Prudential, and Elizabethtown Gas, prior to pursuing consulting.
Kevin Orender
Kevin is the founder/owner of Orender Family Home for Funerals in Manasquan, NJ.
Kevin is a graduate of The American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Service and has been a Licensed Funeral Director for over 30 years. Kevin also attended both Kean University and The College of Staten Island.
In addition, Kevin also served as a New York City Police Officer for 8 years as well as a New York City Firefighter for 12 years. Kevin resides locally with his wife (Linda) and their three children, Danielle, Kevin, and Ryan.
